PT. The Cool (Indonesia) was established in July 2009 and fully in operation in the second quarter of 2010 (All licenses granted). The Service operation was operated from first quarter of year 2011.

PT. the Cool (Indonesia, called in short name “TCID”) has further expanded its business to various industries that concern with commercial cooling equipments like supermarket, convenience store, frozen food, beverages, ice cream, and kitchen equipments.

Being a foreign company in Indonesia, TCID has to work as hard to gain trust and relationship with all of our corporate customers who we treasured. Staying close with our customers and learn what the trend would be making us improve in-term of responding to our customer demands.

TCID has gained trust from the customer like Nestle Professional to service their hot and cold dispensing machines throughout Java Island and many other corporate accounts gave their trust to our service as well.

Recently, we have expanded our Head office & Warehouse in Jakarta to serve better the expansion of our Business. Our location is very convenient to centralize all communication with our customers and services.
